Maximize the Placebo Effect in Interventions?

Exercise is pro-inflammatory while you're doing it. After exercise is over, it tends to be anti-inflammatory due to hormones released from the muscle itself. So I would overall view this as like, don't be afraid of inflammation, just in general. And then if you're eating a health-prone and dietary pattern, you're actually resistance training. Probably I probably wouldn't give a second thought to inflammation overall. Spend that time having fun or something. Or just not thinking.
