i was reminded when you were talking ofa this brilliant onion video, a that is a spoof on the a, you know, the olda c i a interrogation water boarding debate. And at one point the mock bush administration lawyer says, even if the allegations about the minatar are true, his actions cannot be laid at the feet of the administration because he is a beast minator and no chains can bind him. I am not suggesting it will work. It may not work, and i don't know that it hasn't happened. Maybe over the long run it doesn't work. But at a minimum, what are some of the things the white house counse has to be concerned about
