The root of the success has been an annual roadmap. Like we agree to a full one-year plan everything we're going to do what our goals are and then that's broken down into quarters. We also have really good Google Data Studio Google Looker now dashboards. So like having dashboards that track these metrics and visualizing it solves 90% of the problem. Good data visualization is the key to most people's problems now whether it's your business.
