Pomadaboc eating is about getting all my minerals balanced, things like copper. Many of us are actually really ion iron, but our iron isn't moving because we don't have enough copper. i try to just eat protein and gluclose every time i eat something, so even if it's a snap. So i'ld like fruit and cheese, or a fried egg and potato for breakfast,. Like in like, going back to the basics. I'm on to something here.
