The Relationship Between Objective Violence and Subjective Violence

A lot of people think violence is what he calls subjective violence. That is violence that occurs on a kind of everyday level, let's say like domestic abuse or violence on the streets. He makes no sustained attempt to integrate the self-destructive violence of this act into his conception of a matipotory governance. I was thinking about this in regards to protests and this will come up later in Todd's essay. If you think about the Occupy Wall Street movement, protest as such seems to avoid program. It's acting without acting.
