The Origins of the Pelican
The book is almost schizophrenic, you have this kind of very lofty, abstracted musing about the nature of of pelicans and the universe. And on the other hand, you know, whaling business or animal research. There's a relationship there that the farther out you go and either end of the spectrum, it works much better. So that's a really fun style and it definitely worked here.
