How to Deal With Introverts in Investing

The real challenge for introverts in investing is having sufficient time to be reflective and recharge. It's very easy to create situations where the voices of introverts within that group are just not heard, not considered and not heard. Having a blank space in the diary doesn't mean it's a slot for another meeting. This means there's time where introverts will probably be doing their best work. If you kill all that time then you lose a lot of benefit from that.
