Transparency Laws - Are They Going to Look Like These General Words?
The question that started my paper was always, and how are these going to be enforced? Who's doing the enforcing? What data will they have access to? And how will they misuse that access to the data. It really shock me how many smart people m were so in to embrace transparency without thinking about the end game. They're like, ok, transparency sounds good. Let's adopt it. But then i want to ask them to move t something two steps ahead. Ok, so now who's e forcin thatis transparency law. And what requests are they going to make? And is it going to look a lot like these general words? They're going to ask for everything,
