Two Powers in Heaven

The idea is that when the Christians were expelled from the synagogue, they also banned these types of teachings. And there's a really good book by a Jewish scholar, Alan Siegel, called Two Powers in Heaven That talks about this in the second century. In one place, it talks about, they have this problem with Rabbi Akiva who lived at the beginning of the second century and was part of the Barcoque for rebellion.
