Is There a Professional Ethics for Technology?
I don't think the government has to say something in this case. I really wish that the tak industry could start thinking like this and have it verified by somebody else. We're struggling with while if somebody gives me this data set, can i use it? Is it ethical for me to use this data set? Those are questions my students brink to me all the time. And they're tough. They're really tough. You want the professional acolades for doing something with a new data sat that you tenur job or degree, but what about the people represented in those stato sets? How do we engage with that?
