The key to the recipe in my humble opinion is that you put the lemon peels in while you're stirring. I would normally go for something a little more baking spicy like the bitter truth aromatic or even fees aromatic. That might actually break the bank. But anyway, but it says you have to be very delicate with it. And we could talk about the different types of brandy or like cognacs that I would like to get into that in a bit.
