I think the issue there is it sounds like something that should be done. The problem is, of course, if if countries announced that they want independence from bad actors in terms of where their resources are coming from, well, it takes time to do that. And then the bad actors start doing other bad things because they try to counter it. Right. So we're going to take a long time to enact to get independence. But in the meantime, in the goal of independence from Russia, Russia will do things to make that even harder.
