Katanji Brown Jackson's Dissenting Opinion

Kananji Brown Jackson's dissent is light on- I was amazed by the italics. One might say, you know, what's being advocated for here is a rather kind of activist bent on the part of the court and not so much a particular legal perspective. She doesn't have to substantiate in this document. Will these programs actually address racial disparities unclear? And once the racial disparities are addressed, is that the end of racism as she describes in the document,. it seems profoundly unlikely to me.
