Steve Jobbs and the Return to Apple

i have heard that on the return to apple, after steve jobbs had been banished the first time, when the board had gotten rid of him, that one of his key negotiating requirements was that he was able to pack the board with his own cronies. And i think, nk, that's a perfect example of people think of the company is like the expression of the individual. But it can only be an expression of theindividual if they're very secure in their position of power.
