In post-Maoist China, the interest is less ideological than more in terms of what was described as investment. The figures 150 billion dollars have been invested by China in Sub-Saharan Africa over the last two decades. And there's a lot of African leadership now that sees this as a decision to be able to almost play global superpowers against each other.
