The reason why a lot of people stick to our group is the transparency, and it's almost to a fault. We got over $2.1 billion of assets under ownership and operation. I think that's well over 60 65 deals at the moment. And what we're talking about here is just a few, or three out of 60 something is about 5%. Much as I personally kind of focus on the negative a little bit too much and it'd be positive.
