The Cyclical Divergence in Favor of European Equities
There seems to be a policy divergence driven by the fact that the US financial system, and I'm talking not about the big banks. European banks are not for now, in my mind. We favor a bias away from value and away from cyclicals - which banks are one. The last couple of weeks were more of a risk of a systemic shock that would have changed than that dynamic.
