I learned this with an an unlearned so I was part of the eclipse platform team which is an open source kind of idea but I think we got that number pretty well. The shared view and definition of platforms, not there, right? It's like, no one's read this book. Everyone's read the lean startup. No one's read the platform book. So it's like, you're starting kind of on the back foot, but I think I learned a lot at Shopify about, how to champion and how to kind of coach my team.
