I Was Paralyzed, and I Couldn't Breathe.

The next thing i knew, i was gasping for breath. This figure had what looked like a large disk or plate like object, and was holding it against my throat,. I started panicking and tried hard to wiggle back and forth and move, but i just couldn't. As i was able to finally breathe again, my boy friend was shaking me to wake up. The tall shadow figure was gone. Now i believe i actually opened my eyes, and i took deep quick heavy breaths. But all i could do was nod my head. I didn't even speak. I was terrified out of my fucking mind.
