Crinders: I would take hard workers all day long over high performers because usually the high performers are not performing as a teammate, as a team member. How do you measure it? It kind of depends on that specific scenario, that specific team or what you guys are getting after. And if they're off doing their own thing and not part of the team, then put somebody else in charge is going to bepart of the team. Crinders: There's some guys that work really, really hard and they're the dude that when you turn right or left, they're going to be there with you.
