The Importance of Collective Responsibility in Politics

I love being a lawyer, but I need to pack that in to be the mayor for London. There have been moments where it's been hard personally. When you're a parliamentarian and you can't get a constituent rehoused or somebody who you know is going to get a good argument, you can't win the case for them as a parliamentarian. As the mayor, when you're trying to explain to the government that what they're doing is wrong and you can’t persuade them to do so. So breaking points a bit far, but there's been lots of frustrations in relation to what's going on.
