How Ineffective Would Our Community Leaders Be if We Didn't Listen?

Leadership westerville put on a leadership programme to bring people closer to doctor king's beloved community. One of the keys to being persuasive is being persuadable, right? Being open to being persuaded. How uneffective would our community leaders be if we didn't listen and use that activ listening and education to make positive change? For the sake this particular case study, we're trying to have it not just one session, but community conversations throughout the year.
