The Age Range of Adult Kids Living at Home
The average age of adult kids living in multi-generational homes starts at 20 or 2022, and goes up to 40. 33% of the parents who participated in my survey were 22-25 years old. 4.5% are over 40. That took me by surprise. I have been doing some research and some surveying on adult kids paying rent.
