Dr. George Yancy is a sociologist and professor of sociology at Baylor University. His academic interests are in race relations and anti-Christian attitudes in the United States. He says his mutual accountability model asks everyone to adapt and grow into the kind of people who are willing, if not eager, to have real conversations. We wanted to talk with Dr. Yancy because as we're in this in-between time where there's little social consensus on race and diversity and racism.
