"I decided to go back to school so I could understand and make connections," she says. "When I think about the design of my courses, I'm thinking about what's going to stress them unnecessarily?" She adds: 'What cognitive load can I relieve so that they can focus on the awesome mathematics?' The author is currently working on a book with her husband Rob.
