When there's not enough to go around, think about it, the increased friction between inside and feel. And more importantly, it starts to leading to bad choices. You start to go after revenue. It leads you to sell things that maybe you shouldn't have or the customer didn't need. So for me, if you don't have enough to goaround, it means it's a five alarm fire. If you're not looking at that and it is not on an executive dashboard that you are looking at every week, you're not going to get the managerial attention and focus that it needs.
