"We just tell each other how we're feeling. We're not afraid to like piss each other off if that's what it takes," she says. "If you want to wake up early three days a week to make your partner breakfast, just sing alarm." She suggests setting an alarm or reminding yourself to do something really sweet for your significant other every three months. 'You can't always be intentional in the moment because you are just distracted'
