What Advice Do You Have for Leaders?

With that type of leadership comes some type of following or fanship. What advice do you give to them for not allowing the pressure of your audience to dictate your decisions? Find a mind set, be willing to be unpopular, atten cost at the possibility that some one's going to grow on the other side of it. Always look in the mirror and say to yourself: 'I'm smart enough' Don't worry about what people think; don't worry about how much attention you get. Your job is to wake up every day and make this world better....
