The Death of Martha Moxley
Ken Littleton was arrested almost a year after the murder of Martha Moxley. Police were also closing in on 17-year-old Thomas Skacal, who had been described as "erratic and violent" Investigators requested access to Thomas's school and mental health records, but he refused them. The case went cold until 1991 when someone called William Kennedy Smith found himself on trial for rape in Florida. A rumor began circulating that Smith had been staying at the Skacal house the night that Martha M Oxley was murdered 16 years earlier.
