How to Spend Time With Customers

We can't see the underlying data sets, but we can ask questions and these questions can return results. That is so cool. How do you spend time with customers? What does that look like for you on a day-to-day basis? Yeah, that's a great question. We are a very, very customer driven company and we definitely work closely with customers. And we also work across industries to see how the same feature can really solve problems for them in their industry.
