The basis of competition in the industry was shifting, as it always does, going from pure product functionality and reliability to making something more convenient and customizable. What Hilti was trying to do was to prevent it from being a cost game by being able to seize on the convenience and customization piece of the basis of competition. The other is to be able to make money when things have really moved to be low cost,. How do you get the cost structured down? That's a bit the Dow Corning story we could talk about. It's such a great case study and I love the doubt corning one will come to in a moment.
