Is There a New Einstein in Physics?

Academic world is pretty easy to understand because and there are clear rules. People just churn out paper for the sake of churning out papers without having really discovered anything but it's what you have to do if you want to make a career in academia. Einstein also wasn't able for example to play the game by the rules right because he tried to do like the right thing which was sitting back actually sinking and then writing once he actually discovered something.
