A decent voice recorder is a must, not a fawn. Always ask that you can take the photograph. Ask that you can catch a recording of the voice. Never ever expect anything to happen. If you're looking for the scare factor and things like that, it's just not going to happen unless youre gong to scare yourself half to death. We don't want to be recommending anything to people.
