How to Find a Venture Capitalist With a History of Profitability

We buy what we call micrometal market companies that at time of acquisition generally, you know, have about $2 to $6 million in annual free cash flow. And they're in basic B2B service type models. We love asset light recurring revenue scalable business models with in who does it. But not necessarily software businesses. That's correct. Those are the types of businesses we love. Companies that have a history of profitability and growth. The thesis around why they think they can do it better, do it different and grow that asset. Yeah. If we can find a deal for these folks within two years, if we can fit them on your luggage is the right window.
