A rejection practice is one of the many tools to help with am overcoming a something like a social anxiety. Particularly people who have difficulties with a loneliness, or m or a flirting or or just, um, aren't having very much luck out endi the dating world. I used this technique, actually, myself. At that time, i was covid had hit, and i was convinced to myself that i had to do som thing about my social anxiety. Was like, i signed up for a dating ap, a tinder. And that that really shrieked me out.
