A central theme in your case seems to be that you're constantly talking to and listening to your customers. Did you ever act on any qualitative customer feedback that actl was the wrong bet? Definitely yes. So we started as list growth, and that had good, better, best pricing models. And then we decided to move that to a traffic base model. That was amiss. We did a bunch of surveying and conversations, and people understood. But i think at that time we were just so close to moving in the direction of email that we should have had the foresight.
