I like the fact that he encourages so many other people to do pop ups and other things, right? Yeah, Edward Lee's really been such a huge force for me. He's been absolutely wonderful. I don't see a lot of difference per se in a stew versus a curry. I think it's just all in the building blocks and how you make it.
