Django 3.2: Functional Indexes

Django 3.1 comes out on July 15th, we're recording it two weeks before. People can still go and pip install dash dash pre Django and try out 3.1. We will not remove any features in Django 3.2 so if you're about to 2.1, then you are safe. Marius: "I don't think there's not that much explicitly on the roadmap" Carlton: "There'll be loads of features to the ORM coming over the next nine months."
