I love what I do and I love looking after people but it is really hard work. Compassionate fatigue is a real thing, 100%. So I find the whole work-life balance thing a real issue. It's very easy to wear yourself down and... We owe it in terms that the industry where whilst we do see people for the muscles, bones, ligaments and soft tissue things, it is counselling with our hands as well. They tell us about a lot of stuff that goes on in their lives.
