This week, I have had a really hard time staying focused and you guys know what that happens for me every time I record a podcast episode. But it's really important to be mindful, and this mindful aspect of it will go into like the opposite side of what I'm talking about. It is normal to be a shitty person sometimes. What's not okay is to not be aware of them. If you don't learn from that, if you don't gain awareness of what you were doing and why you were feeling that way, maybe it's never going to change.
