Microsoft's human AI interaction guidelines are shared publicly. Anybody can go, go read them where they're continuously developing. One thing I have seen our customers apply and get feedback on is in the writing style guide, we have a section on avoiding bias, biased language. And if you want to make a modification, like you see something wrong, you can just go in and submit a pull request.
