Is a High Saturated Fat Diet a Good Diet for Long Term Health?

Saturated fat seems to be more deleterious for liver fat whereas the unsaturated fat seem to be more beneficial. I think we do have good evidence that a high saturated fat diet long term is not the best diet for cardi metabolic health. High refined carbohydrates and high glycemic index foods can negatively impact your skin and increase acne so I think that definitely could be at play for a lot of these anecdotes.
