The Importance of Formal Theological Training

I think we would all agree that churches make pastors not seminaries. And I think they provide specialised knowledge in particular areas that's extremely useful. This is the way some people misuse seminaries and some churches misunderstand seminaries. You just shouldn't do that. That's not a concept. It's really the churches I'm talking to herethat you guys shouldn't require those certain degrees.
