There's no law against them doing this on a private platform. With the idea, the persecution theory, there are some sand to it. Elon Musk is more of a libertarian than a hard right leaning individual but even that's debatable. He does seem to be a free speech first, no matter what the implications. And so they're saying like, these are innocent mistakes rather than some grand conspiracy.
