There is a phrase you use as a header for a section in the book called surfing the wave of fear. For people who are listening and thinking, this sounds like it's difficult. I wouldn't say that they're necessarily wrong, but i do want to point out that there is a great metaphor because those are the waters that you have to get into when you're choosing courage. That's where i think of your values or purpose as the serf board. If you have clarity about why what you're doing matters, you can actually face your fear and take action. You can ye start surfeit.
