What Does Better Look Like?

In this first part of discovering, you advocate for a new position at the systems level or at the district level called an implementation specialist. You need that like at the state level in large districts. If we want student achievement to rise and checks for understanding or a cause, then we're going to focus not just on test scores but rather on what the underlying causes are. That's interesting. I don't hear that question about causality raised nearly enough in senior leadership discussions.
