The Scaling Hypothesis and the Secret of AI Intelligence
Patel: The scaling hypothesis regards the blessings of scale as the secret of AGI intelligence is just simple neural units. Patel admits that this is not an explanation or he almost admits it. He says, admittedly, this is not a full explanation saying that intelligence is a matter of training a very large neural network with lots of diverse experiences. It may be true, but it is not much of an explanation.
