Mogly had a suicidal thought of, like, just getting in a car crash or something. We found that was a way to get her attention as we put these suicidal thoughts in her head. And so this part of you is like, ope i ned your attention for some reason. That's how it becomes a life style, right? Like i as is i really a life style. It's a mind set, and it's a life style of not just me sittng theropis office or in a meditation chair and going inside having eyes closed.
