Profits Are Not a Need

The need of the people in a corporation is probably, i hope, be the strongest need that human beings have. A very important part of our training is to help people see a difference between needs and strategies. So some people think that profits, financial gain, is a need. No, it's a strategy that might or might not meet certain needs. We show that profits are not a need.
