The Role of Senior Techs in Quality Assurance
The next question, after what is quality that you define so well, is, okay, who's going to do this? And I agree that having that kind of structured career ladder, if you don't want your entry-level technicians doing it, your department leaders don't have time. You can do it as an opportunity for growth, for sure, or you can designate certain star players, so to speak. But it depends on how your facility wants to operate and how you want to dictate it as the department head or the lead.
